Data Usage

App causes iPhone 6S Plus and iPad Pro 9” to continuously semi-power cycle. Started 01 December 2017. Could not use either device at all until identified and removed this App. Link to ‘product support’ invalid.

I wasted a lot of money on something that didn't even work so I want a refund please

Nice app. Does everything claimed. Really glad I discovered it. BUT!!! That was my previous review. Since March 2013 this app has been upgraded to IOS6 ONLY. It won't reload on my gen3 itouch which can't run version 6, and no way can I afford $600 for a new device. Developers need to be aware that not everyone has or can afford the latest model device. Pity as it was a very good app when it was on my itouch.

I would prefer not to leave my GPS on at all times (to allow continuous updating of my data usage) as I try to conserve battery life as much as possible. The app becomes nearly useless if you turn that feature off as I have to open the app every time I use cellular data for it to update my usage - and I find myself manually updating my usage (which I could just do on the built in Notes app). Please provide another solution to monitoring data usage without hindering the battery life of the phone. Would like to get my money back.
