The app is not working. I’ve already complained 5-6 times. I am not able to make any bookings or to cancel any classes.

C’est le message qui s’affiche systématiquement à l’ouverture de l’application. Je n’ai pas accès à mes réservations. Je dois passer par ‘voir les horaires’ pour voir, par jour, à quel cours je suis inscrite. Les alertes ne fonctionnent pas. J’ai désinstallé et réinstallé l’application sans amélioration. Ma version d’IOS est bonne. Déçue

Despite being asked several times to put the fans on we were left to play in unbearably hot conditions. It took 40mins for them to be turned on and by then it was too late to make a difference to our game.

There has been a massive improvement on this app but somehow it’s missing the ability to write my bookings to my iphone calendar (unless I give it full access to my calendar, ‘write only’ access is not enough). This is on the latest app version on the latest ios.

The wife and I just found a little slice of heaven. The spa is great and the people great. Everyday we can’t wait for work to finish so we can drop down and relax

Could add favourite clubs tab under "change club" as I have 3 clubs nearby that I go and each time I have to search different club names when try to look at their time table

On my arrival Megy was very lovely and helpful.
