But here’s the surprise: instead of simply learning a technique, top performance comes from repetition - practising a skill so many times it becomes second nature. This is what top sportspeople, musicians and actors achieve when in the flow. Their ease and spontaneity are the result of much-repeated practice. Yours can be too.
I'm David Young, creator of the business coaching app. My technology partner is Hemi-Sync®. The David Young Business Coaching App plays short soundtracks which promote deep relaxation. This enhances your focus and enables you to achieve optimal business performance. Taking a short time to listen to tracks daily will help you find your best performance, whatever the problem you are tackling.
The app has three sections:
An introductory track that explains how the technology works to get the results you need.
A series of 10-minute soundtracks where I guide you on:
overcoming common business problems; and
developing the subtle, implicit and spontaneous parts of you that lead to a flow of best performances every day.
In addition, there are 20 minutes of ‘free flow tracks’. Useful as you become more experienced with the technology and gain greater benefits as you guide yourself on the topic.
