I have to refresh the app every time I open it. It never just updates on its own

When I open the app, it loads to a blank screen. It needs to be force closed and reopen. Every single time. Been like this for over a year.

Wouldn’t work couldn’t look up a place

Opens to a blank white screen and never gets beyond that. Useless.

Wouldn’t load, even though I had ZIP Code and name

I work at the YMCA and need this app to work. Every time I go to open it …. Nothing… white screen. I have to restart my phone each time to view anything. Please fix this. It has happened for months(when I first started using it.

This app worked great until it didn’t - out of the blue abruptly refused to populate any page despite my having refreshed, sent a message for help, deleted + reloaded… just incredibly frustrating

I cannot find the app on my phone and when I do, I put the password in and it says error. I try to reset my password but sending a link to my email but I never get an email to reset the password.

I downloaded the app. I’m supposed to put in the YMCA I want on the line. Absolutely nothing happens.

Like so many others, for me this app never gets past a blank white screen on start-up so it’s completely and utterly useless.
