Day Flow: Visual Daily Planner

I have been using this app daily for almost a year now. It is by far my favorite daily task app. Where this app stands out: 1. Revolving tasks - scheduled and revolving tasks appear when they need to. They don’t continue to show up after checking off like most apps. This allows for creating routines, habits and endless revolving schedules. A dream for those who live off lists! 2. Calendar visual structure - having the calendar above the task list is an essential part of understanding what day it is and what is happening. For visual learners this makes life exceptionally easier and tasks from a distance are understandable. It’s not just a blank screen of words, it’s a visual picture of what your life looks like. Akin to what a physical month calendar feels like. 3. Ai-to-task - this is great and will be used in most task apps going forwards, but the simplicity of the button centered and a ChatGPT feel makes it easy to navigate. I like just rambling and having this make sense for my tasks. 4. Color codes - organizing into color coded sections and labels is another layer of relief for me. I can visually see the colors and know what it is from a distance. However, I am still having to use two other apps in order to organize my life. Here’s my cons: 1. Desktop app - there is no smooth desktop app version. Not even an iPad version that is sound. The option is a standing mobile sized image that has far less interaction than any desktop app I’ve ever used. Compared to apps like TickTick, this isn’t even close to performing at level. 2. Folders - options to create folders where items sit as opposed to use a casual inbox that is forgetful. Again, TickTick has mastered this. 3. Stand alone calendar - one view calendar to tap and add the task directly. This would give a visual learner an added benefit to be able to see the tasks on the calendar and interact with them. It would move people away from their Google and Apple calendars and use those as secondary. For now, this app does what I need daily and I love these daily functions as they are perfect and everything for those who need visual ques for tasks. It will change your experience in task apps. But please, for the love of my endless app usage, upgrade to at least a desktop version! 💖

Can you guys fix the widget its a blk square on my home screen i love seeing it so it can keep me on task love this app its soo helpful for managing my life adulting for me lol

Not working , voice does not respond all has to be manually typed.

I like this app, I like that it connects to Google calendar and Apple calendar and also reminders. I can set dates on the calendars and then it will go to AI daily Planner. I recommend if you need it.

I wish the description made it clear that this is a paid app. I figured it would be but tried anyway. It made me grant access to all my calendars and then asked for payment.

They should just tell you to pay to download. You can’t get past the paywall after signing up. There’s no X out, or other option to close it. Gross tactics.

You have to pay for a subscription to use it, no free option.

AMAZING.

I accidentally got the free trial and forgot to cancel my subscription apple told me I had to go through with the purchase and I would get issued a refund so my account would unfreeze. Apple tells me the app developers refuse to release the funds and I just got laid off that was every penny I to my name on something I never even used. Very very upset and infuriated by this service
