Hi, i am a user of dayre but now i cant even log in. Plz help. I am apple user btw. I try click subscribe but is useless

Terrible. I tried to subscribe but the purchase page would not load / kept crashing. This has happened several times and I can’t be bothered to try again. Perhaps this is what happened to all the other users as well given the drop in numbers.

Every so often, I am asked to re-subscribe while i already have an ACTIVE & ON-GOING SUBSCRIPTION. Are you guys trying to double-bill me? And every now and again, i have to report to Apple about you guys charging me but claiming that i need to re-subscribe. Is this how you treat your early adopters?

Unable to restore for days since start of the month, and so far no replies/help and whatso from emailing. How high an email volume are you exactly? Updated to 1 star because what is 2 working days? Reply within 2 working months maybe?

Have cancelled my subscription since the start of the year but they keep charging the fee to my credit card. Wrote in multiple times, yet there is no reply from the team. Very unresponsive and no help rendered from them. Dayre used to be a popular platform but it has reduced to this. Would advise people to stay away and not subscribe to it in the first place!

Please do something about the app. I was told that im not a subscriber, even when i clicked “subscribe”, i am not able to use the app. What is wrong? 🙄

I PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND COULDNT EVEN ACCESS ANYTHING AT ALL! I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER A MONTH NOBODY REACHED OUT TO ME. HECK

So far so good. The community is really what makes this app very different from other journaling app i have tried as it gives me a chance to read other’s entries and gain new perspectives on some of the issues i’m personally going through.

The virtual hug is a really cute function. I feel comforted whenever I receive one. I also spend a lot of time on Dayre just reading other people’s diary entries and even made a few online friends through the Dayremummies community.
