DaySmart Salon Software

I am a 15 year established skin beauty aesthetics clinic and my software was so outdated. I was looking for a easy efficient app to make my life easier and I used Covid 19 lockdown 2020 to transition into Salon Iris from my old software. Not once have I looked back. I love being on top of everything in my business! Thanks @salon iris team!

Honestly this is the biggest pain to set up and it’s very inconsistent. Everyone is better off using GlossGenius. It only took me a few minutes to set up compared to DaySmart where it took me almost a week. DaySmart requires a computer to create/edit your website. GlossGenius has everything done from your phone, it’s super quick and simple, and the booking site is much more aesthetically pleasing and easier to use from a client’s prospective. Seriously please save your time and money and download GlossGenius because it’s amazing. I now understand why so many people are switching over!

I really like having DaySmart available to me. It allows me to keep track of my days appointments and or cancellations. Also, I am prepared for my work day ahead of time which I find very helpful !

I downloaded this app last month on a free trial to see if I liked it or not. Hours after downloading and browsing the creator or whoever he is called me and tried to get me set up with a payment device for free and update me to the latest software for for for the month. I ended up getting charged for the first month service anyway and then never received the device I was told I would get even after giving out information that I could’ve kept to myself. Wasted hours out of multiple days talking to me to never get me what was said. Then after I’ve tried to get a refund on 3 different accounts after I was told I would and still nothing. Yeah it’s only $26 but I’m a small business and need everything back I worked for!! Don’t recommend this app at all especially if you are a nail tech. There was not option for me to add pics of services or nothing. I’ll stick with square for free. No unexpected charges and no lies. No one from square has ever contacted me after downloading an app

I have been using this program since 2011, and have been very satisfied with customer service and the program is very user-friendly! I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

This has been the absolute best software I’ve ever encountered! It has become a routine where I enjoy and look forward to using because it helps prepare my mind. Having set up my daily positions of work is working smarter and not harder! Very simple to use and easy! This is the ultimate solution to a mindset of how great it is to use this! Get it!

It is literally impossible to get customer support or help if anything goes wrong. I’ve called, emailed, and tried messaging them multiple times with no response. I guess I’ll have to transfer my info to a different scheduling app and cancel

Not sure what’s the deal is with the app but there is no place to apply a promo code on the app. You can do it at checkout on the web version, but not the app? What would be the logic for omitting the promo field on the app?
