Downloading problems

What’s the point of this app anyways ? It doesn’t work properly It crashes and stops responding Downloaded videos just disappear What’s the point of having such good faculty if their lectures cannot be viewed properly

Not able to watch lectures properly If you switch 10 seconds it may go 20 or 30 seconds ahead and when you try to get back to the point where you were then you will have to close the app and restart the video….. very bad experience

So many glitches this app has….whats the use of recorded lectures if they don’t play and crash when you fast forward them…..if after starting the class the teacher is not taking class for 1/2 hr should we wait that much time while viewing recorded lectures tooooo….no use of good faculty if app is full of bugs…..don’t provide services that you fail at miserably…..worst experience

Donot join dbmci live classes. Once they have taken the money they dont give a damn about anything. Only good thing is the faculty which is why people who find it difficult to opt the offline classes are taking the live classes… but its only after joining we get to realise that the technical team and the scheduling team really is useless. They maybe having the good faculty’s but What benefit is it if they are not able to schedule classes properly. Not even the monthly schedule they are giving on time. We have to beg for anything which is expected from their side. Classes are delayed according to their wish and conveniences. So many days are wasted with their scheduling itself. Such a worst experience from the dbmci live team. Dont take it.

Feeling extremely bad to write this but I was unaware that in such top institution with legendary faculties this type of tech team is there. No one responds to your queries ,continuous app crashing Worst experience ever🙏
