DBS PayLah!

After log out and log in (because of changing phone), the app will stuck at email OTP page after keyed in the correct OTP!!

Very annoying app login problem. After this most recent update, my login was kick-out. And could no longer login. App stuck at email otp stage and couldn’t move forward, takes forever in verification, while sms kept coming in that paylah activated on this phone.

Im unable to log in to my acc. Im getting a ‘service unavailable’ pop up window everytime.

Add option to Make another tx when using the scan shortcut .

Too bad cause i used multiple phone to register but app just stuck at the creating password page😌

Cannot login since months ago without changing a new password each time (mind you i cannot login using same password right after i log out, which is absolute rubbish); unable to link to my DBS acc or transfer money out; UNABLE TO CLOSE ACCOUNT!!! Help service is horrible, no online guidelines for this situation or info! PLEASE LINK ME TO A HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL!!!

Failed to login and keep prompt service is not available!

Previously 2week before o used twice no problem. So i decided no bring cash already. 20oct 2023, Friday, Pay at 8.30am, end up 9.05am only can open and pay! I no money by hand cause me a lot time wasted. This is not an idea to replace cash by 35mins.

Cannot scan, the scan interface just blank, cannot activate the camera function
