DC DMV

Paid tickets and renewed my registration. Got confirmation emails for both from the DMV. Never got my registration in the mail. Evening though I got a confirmation email saying everything processed I was never charged. So my registration expired… they push this app that DOES NOT WORK!! DONT USE IT!!

App has been glitching for months took my money twice without giving me what I paid for unacceptable!!!

Update to my first review. The app is even worse now than it was in the past. Totally useless and nothing works …ever. I’d rate it zero stars if I could. Don’t even bother to download, not worth your time you will end up frustrated Great concept however the app doesn’t work most of the time. Get a error message when trying to do most things on the app. The error usually refers to a “network connectivity” issue.

App is convenient but the main reason I downloaded it was to store my digital registration card. That feature no longer works and you just get an error message. It worked at one point but it no longer does. Probably will delete.

Keep getting the message that the registration card cannot be added due to technical difficulties. I thought this as fixed. Otherwise all else is too.

The Most quickest and convenient way to pay a DC vehicle ticket is to pay through the app. It was very quick straightforward and you don’t have to use checks. The technology is there when I take a vantage of it

I paid $230 to renew my registration.. $175 for one year plus $35 late inspection fee and $20 re inspection fee. I entered all information including card and email information. No conformation email sent, no 45 day temporary registration sent, but logged into my bank account and the $230 was gone. When into the DMV branch and they have nothing on file about that transaction. I have my bank statement showing DC Government including the number which was 2027275000 and under category it’s said “ GOVERNMENT SERVICES NOT ELSEWHERE CLASSIFIED” …. So now I have to dispute that charge, wait for my money to be replaced and now my registration is expired…. DO NOT USE THE APP!!!!!!!!

No longer getting the 1011 network connectivity error but now it won’t save to Apple Wallet due to “technical issues.” This was supposed to have been fixed but apparently it’s not because everyone in my house has the same problem.

Digital registration card error. The app constantly returns this error: “(1011) Network connectivity error, please try again after some time. If your device is connected to the internet but you are still getting this error then please consider upgrading or reinstalling the App.”
