A Bank that is strictly in the 80’s and it’s app following suit! Being a NRI customer, and having a decent enough portfolio with them, yet I cannot enable mobile banking for myself. The app is unresponsive and does not even notify you if setting the MPIN in successful or not. I have been in touch with their contact Centre for a whole day now. Clueless!

It is a pretty simple and straightforward app for a small bank - infact never really faced a big issue here and the interface is very intuitive. Only one problem - RDs could have been opened before - but now I can only see old RDs created on the app, when I press the button to create a new RD it says the feature is disabled which makes one have to go to the bank which had made the app a bit regressive from its previous self. Wonder if the feature will come back.

I had taken a gold loan from dcb bank and their app showing all details regarding my loan but now it shows “ gold loan not available “. I registered complaint query through customer care service but there is revert from the backend and i am facing still this issue. Please look in this issue so that your customers pressured by your mistakes to provide you 1 star rating.

New version doesn’t work on ios

I had a no help from the executive of the call centres since more than five days, I’m keep on calling the call centre to at least resolve my query regarding the app not be able to download the internet banking. I had a lot of problem and I had to face it. I was just been telling by the executive, it will get resolved, but no help, I’m really unhappy with the service of this app, Internet banking and had a no help from the call centres I haven’t got any call back from the department. Also, this is how they treat the client. Unsatisfied.

Absolutely awful app and services, every single feature is far far outdated. And the worst part is, with the new update it completely logged me out of my app, and there’s absolutely no option to just log in directly. Just a register option which is a long, long process with this old technology.

App is not updating to the latest version. Plz check
