They have the bad costumer service I’ve ever seen They don’t reply to complain and there service is very bad Accurate meter numbering I’ve been recharging my meter for the pass 2 days and I’ve no light and no customer service to help me out

This app is extremely unreliable as most times it shows the wrong amount of unit you have left on your meter thereby leading to abrupt disconnection since you might not know when your unit get exhausted Recharging sometimes take days to reconnect so you might not have electricity for days

Your services are absolutely terrible. Someone would subscribe and it wouldn’t be effected on your app. Your customer service line is absolute rubbish because you don’t respond to your customers. If you’re not ready to work why not shot down.

Your app everything about you guys are so poor,you cheat and stop my light for no reason,after payment you don’t give light to your subscribers

Your app has not been working, for the passed few months now I can’t login my app

Your app is defective why would I need to wait a couple of hours for my units to reflect after I’ve already paid and have been debited it’s poor
