De Key Short Stay

dekey thinks that having phone keys somehow is better , but in reality it causes more work for them and is terrible for residents, the app is glitchy and it’s worrying it’s the only way I can get into my room, especially when dekey have no resident caretakers that know about the keys and you must phone a number (than then tries to charge you for their broken locks…). A terrible downside to an otherwise great accomodation.

it is ridiculous that this app is the only way i can access my room. It has had many issues in my time using it, continuously locking me out of my room for hours and causing me to miss my classes. This is a pathetic ‘alternative to keys’ that has become the worst part of my time here.

If it would actually work and not keep you locket out 9/10 times, wow, worst app.

If I could give 0 stars, that’s what I would give this app. COMPLETE BS APP.

The application is badly designed and they never answer emails or calls
