I signed up for the 3-day free trial, but on the very first day, I was charged €44.99 for a yearly subscription without my consent. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I immediately contacted support for a refund, but such practices should not happen in the first place. Be very cautious if you plan to use this app. One star for this disappointing experience.

Man wird dazu verleitet eine Reihe an Fragen zu beantworten um an Ende festzustellen, dass man ein Abo abschließen muss um die Ergebnisse zu bekommen. Man hätte das vorher erwähnen können bzw. Ergebnisse in abgespeckter Version anzeigen können.

I saw an advertisement for the app on Tik Tok and was interested. Downloaded the app and answered the questions. I was immediately met with a “Subscribe Now” button with no indication that the product was going to deliver on the promise of telling me when I would die. I clicked no and was presented with the promise of when I would die. That transition could have been better. Also, the app did a lackluster attempt to convince me why I should pay $39/year. It would have been better if the app had shown me some examples for how I need it long term. I give it a 3 and wish the app much success. I may / may not purchase. Right now, leaning towards not purchasing.

This app said it had a free 3 day trial and then charged me despite me downloading it and canceling it in the same day. Don’t buy it

They will charge you an automatic $39.95 at the end of three days of a free trial. No email no warning that you’re about ready to get charged for a senseless clock. That’s easy to figure out but just keep in track of your health! I want my money back!!

I selected the 3 day trial but was billed immediately! How do I get a refund??

I was charged for this app but cannot access it as a member. I answered all the questions again in the hopes it would allow me to just login, but no such option was available. I wrote to the developers on Insta and never received a response.
