Decibel Metre (Sound Meter)

Lease-Purchased 2025 Aviator Lincoln for quietness and performance, thus needing a reliable evaluation of this car to discuss classical ballroom music in traffic noise. Car stays in the 20~30db range, with conversation being louder than ambient noise! Impossible to have known this without this App for cellphone.

It just works. No frills, no annoying ads (yet), doesn't consume much storage at all. I like it.

Easy to use, and it keeps an average for you in case you need to show it to annoying neighbors… or the police of they are called. 😂😂

Downloaded several decibel meters at the same time. Tried each one. This one is completely unresponsive, with no way to turn on microphone or off microphone, no way to register any noise whatsoever on any meter that it shows on the screen. Non-functional.I thought Apple tested these before allowing them on their app store.
