Scanner does not work and app is now in euros

Even though I do not have automatic upgrades on my apps, somehow decluttr magically upgraded my app. The result is a much nicer interface, which does not work. Scanner does not operate unless under super bright light. The app no longer recognizes either my email nor login password. These are in the keychain on the iPhone and match the credentials. I am using on the MacBook Pro, which does work. Finally miraculously prices are now quoted in English pounds. “Nice job” Decluttr! Surprised that the new app doesn’t present itself in ancient Greek characters. The new app is absolutely useless.

Declutt can you guys fix the scan, the previous version was perfect. And please do something about your worker Gonzalez every time that he recieved my order my qoute drops drastically.

I’m having probs with this bar scanner . It does not scan hardly anything at all. And I decided to install and reinstall and every thing I had in my basket has disappeared after loading all those bar codes And since I reinstalled app it’s now showing me the money values in Eu, I am in the USA . So whatever yall did to this app in between the first time I used it years ago til now , yall need re wind time and make it work again. So for all these inconveniences, I must rate this all at a one star . Fix it asap !

This app and service no longer seem to work after their most recent update. First, the scanner will no longer scan barcodes. Second, when you manually enter the barcode it tells you to enter a “valid 13 digit barcode”. Can’t really do that when all the barcodes are 12 digits. And third, you’re never able to stay logged in. I’m constantly being logged out of my account. I think I’m done with this service unless changes are made. Which is a shame, because they made it easy for me to literally declutter my home of media that I was no longer going to use.

The barcode scanner does NOT work!

I haven’t had any issues with previous versions but this new one is unusable. It doesn’t scan barcodes and when you manually input them, the app wants a 13 number barcode. CD’s only have 12 numbers! New version is totally useless.

The camera doesn’t scan anything at all anymore. No error message or anything.

They give you an estimate for all your product then provide a fraudulent reason for declining most of what you send and decline to return the rest stating they recycle immediately. I agree with other reviews, this is not a reputable business.
