Terrible terrible app, the worst app ever.
Seriously CAN YOU JUST FIX THIS PLS? Why can’t u just tell users to download the app ahead of time instead of on Christmas like “oh you have to download the app to view the messages.” I mean like if that happened maybe you wouldn’t have that traffic of people forgetting their passwords or something that’s terrible marketing lol I’ve been trying to get into the app and view the messages but because I forgot my password, I’ve tried a lot of times to try to send email to rest it but never received anything because it keeps saying something like “too much people using the app.” And I thought like ‘oh it’s fine I guess I’ll just patiently wait till Christmas season’s over so like I’ll be able to open the app and view the messages. But NO. It’s literally 2024 rn, I just opened the app today and the app literally says it can’t work properly because there’s too much people using the app like wth can you just fix this pls? Fix this.

they basically tricked the users into downloading the app. when you make a tree it acts like you can view the messages on the webpage on christmas. and when its christmas it suddenly says you can only view messages on the app :/
you should tell the user that they have to download an app before they make their tree

Forgot my password and decided to reset password but verification code is not sending. Ive tried over 20 times but still nothing :(
Worst app
Literally the worst app i ever used .
Regardless of trying for one whole day i did not receive any email for setting my new password .
Also when i try to log in using my old password it doesn’t open
