Do something about your KYC policy! I can’t withdraw my money because you don’t bother yourself with translating the foreign documents. I’ve send my bank statement, my foreigner registration and all these documents met your requirements you’ve listed, but you just deny it without reason and explanation! The app itself works also bad, it takes a long time to load and often crashes.

App features are kind of okay, but every time I open the app and have to sign in, it takes good 50-70s to complete the authentication and show the home screen. Navigating between the screens is also laggy. Can you prioritize fixing the performance issues?

Great to be able to conveniently check all the invoices etc from your iPhone

Easy to use, no lags, has all functionalities that are needed

So happy to have an app especially cos it works with faceID (managing an ocean of 2FAS keys became a nightmare nowadays haha)

Great app. As an independent contractor, makes things so much easier and simple.

My biggest regret is choosing Deel as our Payroll / HR / Benefits solution. They've been awful to work with and have repeatedly charged us fees that were never discussed or aligned on. Now I'm fairly reliant on them and the company is so poorly run. I wish I had chosen any of their competitors, even if they were more than double the cost. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid working with our relying on this company in any way.
