Needs iPhone X+ update
Output is obscured by the notch on recent iPhones. Also a more mobile-friendly way of entering query syntax would be welcomed

Weird it only provided A and NS records. No option to select others. Is it just running dig ANY?
Would have been a great tool if this app supported dig command-line options like ‘+dnssec’. Cannot say ‘five stars’ yet, but it will do ‘+trace’ (and mistakenly send +trace along with the DNS query and produce a trace output; that is all.)
This app helped me to solve some DNS issues I had in my network. I really recommend it
Used to work but hasn’t for a bit now even after uninstalling/reinstalling. No timeout, no error, just no result.
Love that you can pass in normal dig arguments
The app works well, but hangs and none of the buttons work when I clear all the query results. Only way to get back to using again is to uninstall than reinstall.
this app is essentially perfect for what it does, gives you FULL access/use of the linux dig command for dns , on your iPhone. Thanks developer (his other network related apps are excellent too i use them as well)
Bug: Despite the screen shot on the App Store, the app does not rotate to landscape view on my 10.5” iPad Pro. Flaw: The ability to compare different dns queries is extremely valuable (accomplished by scrolling in Terminal.app on Mac OS). This app, and many like it, refresh the screen between queries making comparisons impossible (unless you commit the entire screen contents to memory between queries). The app functions, thus two stars as a minimum but it could be so much better.
