Why did you have to ditch the app. Feeling really disappointed.

I will never ever order from deep rooted. My phone was switched off due to no battery so they cancelled the order . I understand the situation produces are perishable but delivery window was bw 6-11 am i called by 8 still they were not ready to re attempt,No refund ,no reschedule . I was ready pay shipping again too . But customer care was harsh and not ready to solve the problem she just said no to whatever I asked I never experienced this with any online platform. Lost money. They canceled order with out informing me. Thanks for bad experience So I will never order Be careful if you don’t pick up call in any case your money is gone . Moreover I ordered tapioca Amla it can’t be perishable I one day

The app works well. No issues so far. The service from DeepRooted has also been great. I’ve been using it for more than a year and I’m happy with their service.

I have been using their services for a few years now, and have been very happy with the quality and delivery of their vegetables and leafy greens. They need to improve on the variety of fruits offered and the quality of fruits offered. I don’t always get fruits that ripen correctly. So, I’m always doubtful when I order fruits from them. Overall, the experience has been good, but would recommend the company to work on fruits section.

All mangos delivered by deep rooted are rotten.. Not refunding amount. Better to buy from local shops by seeing veges

Even organic vegetables are this expensive..

Received bad quality Mangoes even after contacting the customer support who issued a fresh order. The next order was also sent rotten one. The packaging is good but the products are just waste of money. They claim to hand pick, continuous flower to fruit monitoring and post harvest care which is just false claim. We got food poisoning after we cooked their veggies and ate mangoes Never order from them.

The delivery boy shows up before 6 am and wakes me up It is extremely inconvenient. No evening delivery is a very restricted service. Not able to chose a particular hour. I am on my walk at 6 why can’t I get a delivery at 8 . Why should you dump my order anytime you feel like. No customer centric approach.
