Defender 24-7

I bought these cameras a few years ago from Costco. And thank God, I have not needed to use the footage until yesterday. First of all on my phone I can record record the incident, but the app is broken and will not let me share the footage I recorded. And once it’s recorded, and you go to play it back, you cannot zoom in or it pauses the entire video. So I went to the hard drive on my TV and tried to figure out how to save the specific date so it doesn’t get recorded over. Absolutely impossible to figure out without a tech department. I still cannot figure it out. These are supposed to be 4K cameras. And the video footage I have is so grainy you can barely tell if it’s a woman or a man. I cannot tell the make or model of vehicle let alone the license plate. So how do these cameras help me now that I actually need the footage. Better to go to Best Buy and buy some more user friendly.

Please go back to the way it was! The functions are dismal and not user friendly. Don’t appreciate force unwelcome popups

Easy to add favourite views but cannot alter or delete. Reported the problem a couple of months ago but no update.

Thanks to Yvonne M, we had my issue of the push notifications not working within 10 minutes. Every time I have contacted support, I have talked with friendly and knowledgeable people. I’m very happy with my defender 4K system!

I bought this 4k 2TB kit to replace my Defender HD and i must say it is amazing.The picture quality,the app,the customer service,the price compared to other 4k’s.....I can go on and on.Live chat within seconds to solve a programming issue i had.I would recommend 110% It’s really what every customer is looking for these days.

J’aime bien mon système Defender par contre il m’est impossible d’utiliser les push car c’est trop sensible même avec la sensibilité au minimum. À chaque brindille d’herbe ou flocon de neige qui passe je reçois un push. C’est vraiment désolant dans mon cas car c’est une fonction qui m’a fait opter pour Defender. Peut-être il y a quelques chose à faire pour corriger ceci mais je n’ai rien trouvé.

Most features worked very well, however a easier way to quickly scan through playback is needed.

Ive been using this app for many months now without issue. The app works very well when I need to view my saved footage and live viewing. This app works just how I want it too, without confusing steps. I really like the mobile notifications and how clear the footage is!! I would recommend this product!

there is a bug when sharing a device to a different user. The user is not able to accept for some reason. Please fix the sharing so we can share device to different users. Thank you. EDIT: I understand your steps but using those steps give user a full permissions. I want to only give permission to specific cameras. Your app works fine excerpt when I share the device to the user who has iphone cannot accept the request. Instead user has to use the android phone to login and then accept the request. It only happens with the iphone that user not able to click on accept when sharing request comes. Android phone works fine but not iphones. It should be an easy fix since it was working at one point and then it stopped because of update.

I have been teaching by chat and email for 2 weeks. All I ever get back is automated messages!!!!! I am about to file a formal complaint. I spent a fortune on this system and these people will not respond, constant, or help me with my system.
