This app not working always showing errors try again where’s the team and support we pay money

Worst app ever first they gave me 100 GB then made it 20 after my account gone all this action without my permission i have mor than 1000 photo in my account just deleted.

Support. It was a very bad no one respond to emails no one solve the problem. It’s a big mistake when I purchased the cloud storage.

After long time having it they reduced my storage from 7.8 TB to 25 GB only , and they sent the email at 05th Jan 2023 and they said if no action taken they will terminate the account on 06th Jan 2023 , take care please

I don’t know how such a good application has such support services, they are not responding to any mean of communication So the app is good but if you have any issues or looked for any reason you will not get any support of any kind

They have good storage of 100gb but now I think they are reducing it. It's a good app to backup photos though speed and features are not as good as Google photos

Rubbish application for IOS. Don’t even give an option to sync a specific folder.

I was wondering where could I store all photos I have it on all my external drives year after years getting accumulated memories. Finally found Degoo where I found this wonderful offer of 10TB for just $99/- and that too it’s a life time and no more head ache of monthly or yearly subscriptions. I have all my mobiles and hard disk photos connected and imported. All in one place really gives a wow moment. Even any stress moment scrolling through the memories gives a buster of joy and removes sorrows. Thanks Degoo.

Hello The app is good but some points needs to be considered 1- PC application will be very good 2- more options in the app like versions, showing duplicates and notify me, showing size of the files when i press it 3- Integration with Apple files will be great
