Deliciously Ella: Feel Better

Could be nice to have nutritional facts of each meal and kcal;)

I’ve edited my review as the app offers so much. I’m still not happy about prices going up and up, but once you start exploring the various elements you can see that they are re-investing and continually improving it. The recipes are so tasty, exercises really useful and soundscapes are great too.

I’ve just downloaded the app. Lots of alleged recipes but no shopping list or methods. I’m not sure why I’ve downloaded it.

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and I LOVE it. The recipes are genius, easy to follow and super tasty. The banana muffins, peanut stew and raw oat bars are my favourite. I love the yoga workouts, especially Ella’s classics! And the meditation is actually engaging, which is making it more accessible for me. It’s making self care much easier for me, and I’m very grateful for that. I downloaded asana rebels today to check it out, after being hounded on insta, it’s rubbish compared to this app, so I’ve requested a refund. Thank you Ella and team!! X

I practice the short meditation’s most mornings before the school run and work. I particularly find Jess really calming. Since practicing my mindset is so much brighter, particularly on these days where I feel anxious and overwhelmed. I also enjoy your recipes. Thank you for such a lovely app that I now see as my self care treat.

Every evening I listen to the gentle sounds under the sleep heading. It’s really improved my sleep for which I’m very grateful.

I am absolutely loving this app. I have scores of cookery books but this is so much more efficient and accessible and I find I am making more things - every week, more recipes and they are all great. My husband, a meat-eater, says I’ve really upped my game on the cooking front since cooking Deliciously Ella recipes.

I work on apps and I have a lot of health and wellbeing apps. I have to say, this app is my favourite. It’s so well designed and has everything you could possibly want, all in this one app. It’s also so well priced at £2.50 per month, so much better than many of the meditation apps out there. This app includes hundreds of delicious recipes, yoga, meditation, soundscapes and loads more. We aren’t vegan, but we do like to eat really healthily and so love these plant based meals. Everything I’ve made has been so tasty so far. Well done Ella and the team, this really is a brilliant app and I’ve recommended it to so many friends. I’d love it if you added sound frequency recordings - a bit like Evolutioner.

The app is great. But after being a customer for so long, the price keeps getting hiked to unaffordable levels and completely out of line with other levels of inflation. It’s now going up to £3.50/month?! I’ll be cancelling.

Just diagnosed with myeloma and found the above program absolutely totally awesome in reducing my stress and pain levels. Please never stop these they are a lifeline to me. Simply can’t thank you enough 🙏❤️
