Deliveries

This app has the best UI and most polished design of any of the tracking apps, but unfortunately is no longer useful for Aussies: it can’t track Aus Post deliveries and the major overseas carriers no longer work reliably either. I’ve switched to Parcel, which does work for Aus Post, imports Amazon orders automatically, etc.

The app ‘Packages’ is better and A$1 cheaper! It actually works and can import directly from the big online stores. This app failed to track two deliveries and I had to manually enter the tracking number. Once I realised I bought the wrong app I gave up on this one.

Just stopped working a while ago

Anyone who gives this a high review is deliberately misleading you. It simply is useless. No tracking for any Australian services, FedEx, DHL etc. btw previously it was a great app but they lost the ability to track major freight companies.

This app was great BUT now it doesnt not work don't bother downloading it, it wil frustrate the hell out of you. You get the message for all shipments "This shipment can only be viewed online" Fedex, DHL, Australia Post won't track.

I bought the app outright (a few years ago) it was great for established courier companies like DHL, FedEx etc. However, in recent times, the parcel status infrequently and inconsistently refreshes. Even when you specify request a refresh of a parcel, it does update with the latest status, and means that you need to launch the courier’s online page. The result is that the app is slightly more useful as than bookmarks. Also note, no true support for Australia Post.

As with many of the apps in the App Store, Deliveries is a great product for residents of the USA, but pretty much is dead kilobytes for anyone outside the dreamland of consumerism. I wish I had a dollar for every recommended app I have downloaded only to discover that it’s not Australia-friendly. My purchase history is a graveyard of similar apps to this one.

It’s a good app. Simple to use, intelligently designed. I’m sure getting access to the shipping info is a nightmare administratively, but it’d be good if it worked with more services. Still, it hits all the big ones and works well. Aww, still in Memphis.

I love this app. It’s clear and concise. My only wish is that Australia Post could be a first class citizen on the service so tracking could be seen inside if the app rather than opening the website.

It’s probably the prettiest tracking app but I find it useless with deliveries with Australia Post. It can’t even auto detect couriers for copied tracking number like Parcel or the free app, aftership. For its price, you expect more than a pretty face.
