You will be given some promotion but if you are late to deliver the order won’t count towards promotion. Also when the restaurant is late to output food the delivery driver will be considered as late too for the promotion. Also the pay is very less and you have to wait for 50 mins for a 5$ order.

You will keep receiving orders until you accept them. Even if you don’t want to accept trips or a new trip is out of your direction of a current trip, you will have to park to cancel the trip to see the map. To cancel the new coming order you have to answer a question. You won’t be able to park everytime to cancel to new order because it will keep spamming you trips until you accept. Also almost every trip you receive be out of your direction of your current trip. And aslo it pays lower than 5$ each trip. Having trip priced over 5$ is super rare. You will likely to be making 15$ an hour even though you are receiving orders unstoppably. Because of the spam order which will keep you stopping to cancel new coming orders to see the map.

I had good experience with panda. I received the payment I made correctly, the customer service was great and helpful. Except…the fares on each trip and the system. The fare started from $5 which was fair, but for the long distance (more than 2km) it was never over $6 and sometimes they gave you less than $6 for the same distance which was terrible. The system was funny. Firstly, the system always gave orders with the long waiting time (15-40mins) if you were far from the restaurant, 15 min waiting time might be ok but many times the order was ready before you arrived the restaurant (lol so accurate) with the 40 min waiting time was such a waste of time to be waiting, many times I cancelled it because I thought I could take other order from the other app. Secondly, the system always sent me the order of the restaurant which was a bit too far from my current location or..the close distance between my current location and the customer’s address. They kept sending it until I had to cancel by choosing the option of the restaurant is too far from my current location. I think the system could do better. So, I think the system could have been improved. It would be a lot better to send the orders to us when the food was nearly done, so we didn’t have to wait. And sending orders when the riders are nearby the restaurants. The fares…I know you charge $3.99 from the customers on each order. But you never give more than $6 to the bicycle riders, that’s brutal. These days I don’t really work for them anymore because the other company pays more. Come on Panda! Give us a kiss!
