Totally worth it!

I love the concept but it keeps popping balloons (saying it’s wrong) then telling me it was what I picked. It isn’t teaching the wrong use it’s just not seeing that’s what I chose. It’s the same words every time so it’s really frustrating since the point is to work up your number of correct answers.

I am having issues trying to pay for the premium version. It first wants me to confirm my payment at the Apple Store, then it asks me to confirm again with a PayPal account. Two problems with this. First, I’m not using PayPal for this. Second, the PayPal account that pops up isn’t mine! I tried deleting it, but it won’t let me do that. At this time, I’m going to pass on the premium version. 🤔

This app makes it great fun to learn the german articles. The fact that everytime you make a mistake it links you to the lesson that applies for the noun is what really made it all connect and reinforced what I learned. Other apps where I just get things wrong but don't know why just lead to frustration.

Had high hopes for this. Very disappointed. Even after purchasing this, every time I missed a word I had to watch an ad. Incredibly annoying. To remove the ads it requires an in app purchase. Dont waste your money on this app.

This app is amazing. And upgrading for life is very cheap. The visuals are stunning. A lot of work was put into this app and it shows. It’s absolutely essential for German learners.

I am appreciating this game and it was worth $3 for the adless version! A couple suggestions: • The new noun appears as a layer underneath the Der-Die-Das buttons, and has an ease on its upward movement which creates some drag in the game as I have to wait to see the word and especially its definition. I would love if the new nouns were positioned to be fully visible right away. • there’s also a lag issue for me as the more complex (yet very beautiful) scenes load, such as the Brandenburger rainstorm. • if the game could tell which nouns you got wrong at first and show those more often than the ones you always get right, this could be a more helpful study tool. • I like that levels are gradually unlocked. Further motivation could be created by the words moving faster as the points go higher, as well as a definite end to each round. When I got to the third category in a set, I played it way longer than was fun because I was waiting for another “unlock” reward that didn’t come. This game is well on its way to be one of the best in its category in the app store, and a few of these gameification tweaks would really help it shine and solve the big issue foreigners face learning noun genders! Thanks for you hard work!

I grew up hearing German from my relatives, but not enough to be fully bilingual, and my biggest weakness in speech production has always been that I never memorized articles. If you are in a similar situation where you already have a big German vocabulary but need reenforcement of articles, this app is ideal. Well worth $3, provides very helpful tips, and you can see improvement with your articles by playing for just a few minutes per day. Thank you! I can see that this would be harder to implement, but I would love a similar game to drill plural forms, since that is also a point of difficulty for me!

This is a great app. Without it I get zero right (it’s like I’m perfect for getting these absolutely wrong). With it I get them a section all correct in 10 minutes. Well worth it and fun!
