Deriv GO: online trading app

I’ve been trying to open this software since I installed it, but it has been an effort in futility. Any solution?

Please Deriv I don’t know why my account was suspended and my deposit hasn’t been funded, I have tried to use the customer service but it didn’t give me a positive feedback… pls I would be glad if you look into my issue thank you.

You people are soo unserious, stupid and frustrating. To make a deposit and withdrawal is thug of war. Customer service is 0/100% . I’m extremely disappointed in you people

Once you deposit, they try their best to disable you from withdrawals.. You can't make someone necessarily use a payment method that has issues just because it's a policy.. After obviously showing them with proof that a certain withdrawal Chanel has conversion issues, yet they insist I use the Chanel like that… that’s misappropriation of funds…

How come you charge black market price of N920 to a dollar for deposit yet charge official price of N772 to a dollar for withdrawal? This is daylight robbery.

This app is so annoying to the extent that if I have data it is very slow to open. Rolling like it has an internet connection issues. Deriv should please rectify this issue on time because it makes one to miss trade entry and little loss when stop loss is not placed

I think deriv should create it on trading view app not website after analyzing on website it refreshes and all your analysis are gone 💔😢
