use to like this app and used it most days to track my breakouts. Then they updated the app and I lost all photos of my skin and all data that was stored on there (months worth) will probably use something else now incase it happens again

couldn’t even log in, couldn’t sign up, the emails they were sending me wouldn’t even load (i had to forward them to myself to even see the email), it took ages to load. cant even get on the app

Really good concept and makes me excited to track products I’m trying out. The reviews part is also really good. It would be great if I could look back on previous weeks not just the current week I am on as I would like to know when the exact last time i used a certain product was.

Some aspects are great and it encourages you to be diligent with your skin care. BUT... you either have to keep old products on your “shelf” list that you’ve decided to change or rewrite them to your new product and have to it change every past entry, Which makes it pointless for keeping track of what was good and bad for your skin. So overloaded cumbersome shelf list or incorrect past entries.

This app is definitely needed! I’m on my third month of use and although I mainly use it to track my diet and effectiveness of my skincare routine, I have also enjoyed seeing people share products from far and wide. I would however, like to see a few updates: first, to the app design, particularly the home page which looks cluttered with the colours and how the ads are littered between posts. There should also be notifications for comments and responses to comments because right now, I have to scroll all the way down to find the original post and manually check to see if there is a response to reply to - highly impractical. Finally, must the video ads play every time I go to click “update” or can they be spaced out a bit more? Overall, I’m excited to see this platform grow!

Would be a great app if I could actually log in. Emailed support three times over a few months but emails ignored so can’t access app at all.

This app is amazing and has helped me monitor my progress in an organised way. Also fantastic customer service!

I used to use this app and liked it but I have just redownloaded on a new phone, forgotten my login but I can’t reset as it requires the mail app - something I don’t have installed as I don’t use it, so basically I have to reinstall that if I want to re access this app!

Love the idea, and the app interface. It does really help with skincare, and I love how I can enter everything I used that day. However, if you re-enter any box everything is deleted, which is inconvenient.

I really like the app - the ability for look at a dashboard and see your skincare activity in one place is so useful! I like that you can take pictures to compare your progress but it takes SO long for the photos to load and compare skinprogress. You also can’t zoom in on photos where you know there are problems to see if they have progressed further. Overall I like the concept and will continue to use.
