this ghetto app has not worked for me since i got it it doesn’t even open the app it stays on the stupid screen where it has those happy ah people

Since the newest app update my mobile deposit constantly kicks back an error that the check amount in the image doesn’t match the amount entered. What’s the point in having mobile deposit if you can’t actually deposit funds?

It was working until the updates. Did you guys do full testing on different phones and Operating systems?

Had there account for four months and quickly I am done. Don’t believe you will receive an enrollment bonus anytime soon. And don’t enroll in overdraft. Cash app or chime were better. More honest.

My account has logged me out so many times and now it won't let me login and my Face ID isn't working at all anymore

It as all good before and now cannot add another account on both app and website.

Won’t allow login. Just continues to spin. Before not allowing log in, it would log in and go back to log in screen to do it again. Struggled to do transfers. It would attempt to transfer once but then go back to the account screen without transferring. Worked the second time. I usually like this app but it does have bugs occasionally.

The app fails to open probably 60% of the time. I used to think it was due to the wifi when I was at a place of business but it fails at home connected to my own wifi and at many other locations. There is an option to report a problem but the screen to report it has the “send” button off screen so there is no way to report it. I have to log in from the internet so often I am about to delete the app. I also thought maybe it was an update but this has been going on for about a year. It’s a huge problem if you are trying to transfer money for a purchase on site. This app needs a major overhaul.

According to the Desert Financial FAQs there is supposed to be a feature that allows members to transfer money to other members. I’ve been with Desert Financial for a really long time now and have never seen this. Apparently it was called Pay Anyone and now it’s Pay It Now and supposedly can be found in transfers. I tried the mobile app and the desktop site and it’s nowhere to be found, aside from in the FAQ stating the feature exists. So does the feature exist or does it not? And if it doesn’t why is it listed in the FAQs section and why do we not have this sort of feature considering you don’t work with Zelle anymore. Pretty annoying. Aside from that, the app gets me the info I need but it could definitely be improved.

I’ve had so many problems with this app. It never stays logged in no matter how many times I click it and type in my device name.
