This game is very entertaining, I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't so damn expensive to buy things and meet all the requirements in challenges.
Design Home
Great concept, realistic use of real furniture from existing Brands at realistic prices. Very addictive, be warned. The typing error on the website has been there since day one and with me sending regular emails, still not corrected. Just another case of proofreading not done before implementation. This error is preventing South African players from participating in buying bundles with cash on the website, and earn a reward. The cost of 3000 diamonds is $2.99 that = R39.99 On the website it’s $39.99 = R600!!! A typing error, $ in place of R on the cost!! Please fix this. Unfortunately: 1. Lots of technical hiccups; 2. Service is very poor therefore very frustrating; 3. The scoring process is an ongoing complaint; 4. Very expensive to play on a regular basis. Unlike the furniture, the decor is unrealistically priced, extremely expensive and includes all floor art, wall art, table art and plants. Decor can only be obtained using diamonds, and if you are short you have to buy some with real money, and lots of it if you would like to play regularly. This game can be so much more enjoyable, if updates are tested properly and approved before implementation. Then complaints no 1 and 2 will be solved. And realistically priced decor will attract more players and retain existing players who will happily spend real money on decor, making the game even more financially viable; 5. Lack of response to realistic and valid complaints shows a lack of respect to players=your clients=your income base; 6. The present algorithm in place to regulate scores/averages are too severe and players have complained about it since it’s implementation . I understand and accept the psychology behind games using algorithms, making scores unpredictable encouraging players to try harder, a very old gambling trick, unfortunately you have failed and scores are now so predictable.

Love the app but where are the daily Designs, or am I not getting them? First you could earn $2500, then the past month $5000, now no Daily Design 😭

Great game. It’s a pity one cannot earn more diamonds as the items are extremely expensive. It is hard to do challenges as one never has enough diamonds The money rewards are good but maybe make the daily challenge money award 2000 and give 500 diamonds as a reward for entering the daily challenge The server is also unavailable on busy ti,e so very frustrating. The other challenge is how expensive the decor items are. It is also disheartening to score so low always Pity also that ugly/unused items could not be sold Stilllovethe game even when progress is so utterly slow because I don’t have the money to buy diamonds
