Direct debits

I would like to have access to the IBAN numbers of my direct debits

It does the job but I find it difficult to navigate

The UX is not that optimized. I feel like it’s too complicated and slow.

Works well

The app works well. The combination with the Authenticator is alright, although you need additional steps to transfer money. It becomes complicated when you have a new phone because the Authenticator has to be installed again with all kind of codes. Keep your reference card, even when you have installed the Authenticator because you need it to install again.

Nog maar kort in gebruik, maar tot nu toe tevreden

What a disaster this App.

Compared to the DB App in Germany this is absolutely rubbish. Deutsche Bank - Update your App with a brand new version according to the 2017 standards, instead of updating your App with complete and utterly useless functions. In the October 24 update you can even Check and Update your address and contact details !!! Holy Cow - WOW - what a new functionality! Please get your act together DB and come with a brand new App according to current standards.
