Wise bird !
Firstly, I thought it was just another app that bluffed. However, I was sold when it detected my smoke alarm and showed me the brand and its functionality that I wasn't aware of. Good job!

Best app I’ve ever used! It has detected multiple items! I give it 99.999999% trust!
Just upgraded and now it keeps booting me out. Paying for an upgraded version but getting a version less user friendly than the original….🤨
Got me very much interesting things about this app cause for myself I think it works perfectly
I used it when I stayed at AirBnB thought it was only time I would use it. Then I found it kept adding new stuff so it became my habit to update the app and scan devices when I went to public places. 9.99 got unlimited updates sounds a bargain.
I purchased the app and paid for the “Advanced Version”. Not a bunch of money but the app doesn’t allow for any object not on the list. Plus, if you’re not in about a foot of the device, it cannot check it. Finally, when you have a huge unit like a computer or air conditioner face, the camera sensor doesn’t allow for expansion to get the whole unit. I tried a Wi-Fi unit, a fire alarm, and the app didn’t recognize either. Sadly, beside the monetary loss, I have to look elsewhere for a device that works. Good luck.

It is nice to see an app that allows you to check to see if it functions without asking for a credit card *first* which gets the app a couple of stars right there. So far, I have checked two items. The first, a standard ceiling light, seen in every residence in the Western Hemisphere, cannot be identified by this app. I cannot recall if I had these in Hong Kong-thought I did which really begs the question, if they are truly ubiquitous, why does this app not id them? Also it doesn’t id a stereo, just boom boxes. Stereos are arguably more common. The app doesn’t have a category for either of these on its list. If I find something it does identify, I will change the rating.
My landlord keeps installing ‘necessary’ devices in my apartment. It makes me uncomfortable and insecure. I find this app does its thing and detects the item I was checking. A very wise owl indeed.
Uses camera to try to go by the appearance of devices, if real or not supposedly. Also instantly went to taking up too much memory.
