Hello, Please update the app. There has been a lot of bugs in the app. The time and location of the vehicle is inaccurate. I took my bike out in the morning but it records the trip as in the middle of the night. Another thing is whenever I log in, it always asks for me to fill in “first- time log in” details. I also can’t confirm my email because everytime I put in the verification code, it says it’s updated but it’s not. I also don’t receive notifications at all. I really wish this app works and I hope there will be more improvements and updates coming. I hope what I’ve experienced so far is a bug because I really hope I didn’t waste money on this. Thank you.

Perpetually sits on the loading screen has done it for last ten days and I don’t know if it worked before then I’m a new customer.

I bought a gps from dfence when I bought my ATV. I was having a hard time getting it to report my location. I called their support line and their tech got my device working and their customer service rep walked me through all the features.

Brett walked me thru the complete set up. He was very patient with me and knows the product very well.

My husband and I just bought a new car and have the DFenceGPS security on our car. I downloaded the app and started setting it up. As a new customer I had some issues and questions. I called the number on the brochure and Brett answered. He walked me through everything and explained the ins and outs. He was so helpful. He even called me back later in the day and went over some things and answered my questions. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Brett was very pleasant, patient with me ( I’m a senior citizen). I recommend this company 1000%

So I just got my first bike and decided to get that tracker on, setup was fairly easy and Brett helped me out with explaining everything(as someone who grew abroad I really needed that) Honestly recommend them not every company has a good quality service and customer care like that in today’s world

Spoke with Brett that helped me set up my system and give me all the info I needed for the unit. Will protect UTV if stollen and they go out in the desert or woods let me know where UTV is. If I roll over in it will contact my emergency contact and give them my location also can send SOS if I need help. Very good product and even better customer service. Don’t hesitate to call them they know there products.

I’ve been around a long time and very few times have I been compelled to write a review. This company and Bret B have more than impressed me with their sincere desire to provide exemplary customer service. Bret went out of his way to provide assistance and ensure that my needs were addressed and met. Their interface and software is easy to use and the support is exceptional. We are really impressed with the gps tracking devices, we got 2 of them and they work seamlessly. We can customize notifications for specific events like movements and speeding, and are able to locate the vehicles at all times. This is a perfect solution for things like keeping track of your vehicle or motorcycle, as well as for company vehicle tracking. What we were most surprised by was the great customer service. As soon as we called a representative, named Bret answered (no answering machine, or some random call service). He was very friendly and helpful and solved my request right away. We highly recommend this product that comes along with this app and we will be looking into getting more of the different products that they offer.
