I have been using 2 taxis a day to QMC for about 2 weeks. Taxis come quickly to pick me up. Drivers always kind and friendly. Taxis comfortable and clean

I’m not going to write many reviews: but this ride allowed me to see that it worth doing once. I use D.G regularly and receive excellent service. I tried rival Uber twice and was disappointed twice. I don’t like their methodology or mistakes. D.G has none…
Overcharge
Going to 33 Rolland Ave nutall , I was charged £13 at 18:20 . Coming home to Clipstone Ave Mapperley at 23:00, no traffic I was charged 16.50. I said to the driver that is no the correct amount, he said it is more expensive after 18:00 on Saturday. I said that is not correct, he just drove off. Can your drivers charge what they like ? I use DG all the time , I am not a happy customer, can someone please explain the change in price for the return journey in no traffic ?

The driver was friendly got home safe and shouted me me back to say I dropped my phone I would use DG taxes again
