It in no way actually reflects what is happening in reality, which defeats the sole purpose of having an app for tracking! Driver came and didn’t collect. I’ll use a different courier next time, mostly because of how useless the app is. Developer response was that I should contact customer services. I eventually managed to find out how to speak to a human. It cost me £40 in phone calls. If I didn’t do this they would have never collected.

I arranged for my parcel to be sent to one of their pick up locations for me to collect later. The location refused the parcel for some reason and it was returned to the depot. The problem is that because it was refused I could no longer access the tracking to organise re delivery. I tried every method available only to be told that it had been refused and to contact the seller. At no point could I speak to a human being who might have seen sense, that I hadn’t refused it.

DHL is by far the worst delivery company out of all of them and this app is a true representation of that. Doesn’t update deliveries, kicks you out for no reason then won’t let you sign back in. It will let you make a new account though, just no facilities to log in with your original details. Are you just trying to harvest as much information as possible to sell?

Sends an email to your email address apparently to verify. Except it never arrives. Not in junk folder either. Just never arrives…..

Downloaded as wanted to track parcels. Deleted after 10 minutes for following reasons. 1. On opening app you are presented with a screen which says “If you are missing any active parcel delivery,”. You then need to scroll down to read more, but I can not as screen does not move. 2. When trying to view my profile, it was stuck on a spinning wheel for 5 minutes. Had to close the app to get out. 3. It says I have no previous parcel activity. How can it know this when I have not updated my profile due to 2 above. 4. Assuming 3 above is wrong and it does know my details, its wrong as I collected a parcel delivered by DHL on Tuesday this week.

Avoid DHL if you don’t want to have BP. I was expecting 5 packages and they delivered 2 on Tuesday and another 2 on thursday last week. Till now I haven’t gotten the last package and you can’t speak to a human when you call. It’s so frustrating 🤦

Very poor company, never deliver the day it says… had to spend extra money on uber to go and pick it up my self after I paid delivery… again had a delivery yesterday you think it turned up? Of course not… very very poor company… didn’t even want to give it a 1 star…

Driver tells me I need to put safe place on the app or he won’t deliver. App doesn’t work can’t set up a profile and can’t message for help!!!!

I have been waiting for my package for over a week now and they located us to different service points and I now have to go back to try again. Don't recommend this stupid app ever or DHL so dumb

this is the worst company to ever exist my parcel was supposed to be delivered today by 8pm they never turned up then the tracking said it will come tomorrow then 30 mins later the tracking says it’s coming today then they gave me a email lying that they did turn up at 8pm but I was not in BIG FAT LIES this company needs to close down
