Great app very helpful.
This app along with a continuous glucose monitor has allowed me to take control of my health. While research suggests restricting calories is not an effective way to manage weight, when I stopped using this app, I regained my weight. Finally, I can share various reports with my doctors that support the narrative I give them.
Very Good , in-fact exceptional app ,I love it very detailed and helpful both versions the free & subscription one . I give it 5 Stars.
I’ve been using the app for a few years now. I have recently been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Now, instead of tracking calories as my primary goal I track total carbs, which really makes it easy to see how much insulin I need for each meal and not have to add each food item separately. I highly recommend this app for weight loss and carb counting for diabetes.
I used this app when I had Gestational Diabetes and loved how easy it was to customize for my needs. Now I’m trying to lose weight/gain muscle and am counting my macros. I was able to totally adjust my goals, charts etc to what I need. Much more affordable subscription than MyFitnessPal.
I love having a place for everything. I have to log my fingerstick blood glucose. This app lets me do that. I love the easy way I can look back to day one. I love that there is no in app purchases to deal with. Thank you for this app.
I would like to see a way to track carbs like you do with cal. I know it shows carbs but would like a chart that shows how many, how many left per day that you can set a low and high. Update like the calories on the dashboard but for carbs. I tried to post a picture but it would not let me. Is there an email I can send it?
This App is easy to use offers great customizations even with the free portion of the App. I appreciate the many options that are available to make this perfect for my weight loss journey.
Not the easiest to use. I get notified to enter my sleep and still don’t know where to manually enter it, but it gets there via my Apple Health app.
I have now been logging my meals and my blood sugar for almost 10 weeks. My fasting blood sugar is always within range 70-110 and I have lost nearly 10 lbs. I have changed nothing about what I eat, but have changed the amount. And once my stomach shrank, eating 1500 calories per day becomes normal! I remain on my oral meds for diabetes (metformin, glipizide and pioglitizone). Looking forward to my next A1c!
