Where has the calculator function gone?!
Has Apple Watch app with complication that show Insulin On Board (IOB) / Active Insulin on the watch face. Can also enter insulin and more from watch by pressing complication on the watch face. Links with my diabetes meter and I use this in preference to the meter’s manufactures version mainly due to the watch app. Good charting and data presentation. Can create reports for doctors. Fast synch with iPad app which shows a lot more data on the screen than the iPhone app.
This is fantastic app to manage blood sugar
Overall great app. I’ve been using it for quite a while now but there is one big flaw. It is frustratingly almost impossible to log an entry for times in the past. It just keeps reverting the time to the present.
They have had this error for a while, judging by previous reviews, and still not fixed. So I paid out for premium during the trial, which somehow stuffs it up, so that at the end of the trial, you are reverted back to the free subscription but still keep paying for premium. So I have entered all this logging, that now I don’t know if the extra lab results have stayed in. I have had to spend time logging for two kids and I cannot send it properly off to the DE I was supposed to send it to today. Tried contacting company yesterday, but the problem still remains I have nothing I can enter or send properly off for the time and money I invested. I assume this is the bug and the same thing seemed to have happened to someone about a year ago, so if you are going to go premium, wait for the trial to end (something they should disclaim themselves if they aren’t going to fix it). I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, cancelling the subscription and purchasing one month instead to see if that fixed it, since I need access to the premium features today. Still didn’t fix it ☹️
Have tried numerous times to contact app folks and company with no success. Recent update screwed up the medications section. I take Lipitor and Metformin and tried to add these medications but the app will not do it…please fix this
I originally loved this app but consistently have had issues with it logging me out from premium and not letting me back in (even though it shows that I’m a premium member) so I can use the premium features. Usually I just get it to let me back in when restarting but now it will no longer let me do any premium content at all so I’ll be canceling my subscription and moving on
Now really ? Do you really think I should be seeing adds when I subscribe? And why is it so difficult to link a meter?
Does the bolis calculator not work in the US? I remember years ago when I was first diagnosed around 2017 that it was available. Now the app really has no use to me, I only really needed the calculator.
Many glitches. Set the opening page to be the logbook and can't get back to the main page to change any settings. Sent a note to the developers, no response. Info entered in one field showed up in another. Date and time field sometimes change randomly. Food database won't effectively change, gets hung up when doing search after reset.
