Diamond Bus

so i tried to buy a ticket from here. and it failed when i tried to put in my post code. i tried three times to buy a ticket, all failed. but what DIDNT fail was the transaction! they have literally took £13.50 from me and NOT given me a ticket. considering how appalling diamond bus’s services normally are, i shouldn’t have expected their mobile app to be any better

Tickets don’t load often meaning I need to buy paper tickets so often in addition to the term ticket I have - plus app is generally terrible as other reviews say

The 230 Bus service is so u reliable on an average the bus is 15/20 minutes late at the stop in Marlborough Road to Sedgley/Dudley. Also some of the drivers are mad drivers you literally have to hold on tight!!!

Absolute rip off company. Buses never on time or always together or only one on route. Put monthly ticket up too £70 (18.7 % rise) Get rid and get a decent company in.

It’s a fact generally acknowledged the a bus timetable is just a ‘rough guide’ but when you offer a tracking app that usually mean it’s accurate. Well I can attest to multiple occasions when busses appear from nowhere meaning they’re missed, disappear and don’t arrive when they show they’re about to which means waiting sometimes more then 40 minutes for ‘the next one’. As someone who depends on the bus service I find this app extremely frustrating and basically useless.

I go to John Taylor free school and I was waiting for an hour to get on the right bus. When the bus finally came there was a lot of kids waiting and I was at the back. As a typical high school student I would expect that to happen. When we tried to get on the bus, the driver said we weren’t allowed because there was no room even though there was. Just to specify I left school at 3:12 and we were waiting for at least until 4:00. I was with a gang of kids that got kicked off too. We were very upset, cold and angry. The teachers were calling the station but nobody apparently answered. The teacher had told me to call my mum and ask her to pick me up. By the time I did I was freezing cold and was told to go inside. Luckily my friends were able to get on the bus while I stayed behind to wait for my mum. I finally got home and am very exhausted now.

The 555 bus doesn’t appear on the diamond bus tracked at all!

Bus company is terrible, always late or does not turn up at. Not a reliable way of transportation. Drivers are usually rude.

The App is easy to use HOWEVER it is not easy to pin point exactly where your bus is on the route map as it ‘jumps’. No good if you’re running on the last minute as you could have missed it when it looks as though it’s still due! Please fix this.

The app is extremely buggy, I keep checking on the App Store to see if they made a new one and this is outdated but no this is the most recent app they have. I don’t know about other regions but in greater Manchester there is no way to check bus times or identify stops, and not all diamond busses show up on the app so a lot of the time you will miss a bus you didn’t know was coming. They really need an overhaul of this app, there is nothing I can think to say that is good about it.
