Diary Journal With Password

I tried downloading a few other video diary apps before this one, and none of them had what I wanted. I love this app because it’s minimalistic and extremely easy to use. I love the layout how it has each day blocked out and you can immediately see your video or picture AND the text along with it. 10/10!!!

I use this for my personal diary and for invoice organization when I’m at work. I love it! I can use photos, videos, & audio recordings. Like digital scrapbooking bliss! I make entries every single day to keep my life labeled and organized. Highly recommend this app if you have a busy life that you like to document & label to your heart’s content.

So I was super excited when I got this app and in that excitement I dove right in and played around with it to test it out. I was very happy it had a password since I’ve seen time and again people snooping through diaries that don’t belong to them and then all the drama that comes from that. Like I said, in that excitement, I played around with it and and was LOVING all the features so I set the password… I forgot to write it down… DON’T DO THAT!!! I completely forgot what it was since I got distracted (ah parenthood!) in the middle of playing around with it. I only used it for about twenty minutes 😭😭😭😭 and it’s been a couple of months now. I’m sad it doesn’t have another way to retrieve and or reset it just in case something like this happens. It only asks for one back up question (can’t remember the answer) or PIN number… did I mention distraction? I’m now thinking of deleting and canceling since it’s been an amazingly frustrating experience.

You need to buy premium to be able to make as many videos as you want per diary entry. You also get a limit of 10 minutes for the video. You’re only allowed to have one diary entry per day unless you get premium. I like to make a video at intervals of the day but I can only make one. Not what I was expecting

I love that you can record yourself instead of writing if you want to, but I have noticed if they are too long it doesn’t save! I did a whole entry earlier and it said error and I lost the whole video. 😢 but other than that it’s not bad if your wanting to keep private videos to yourself!

This journal is great and has everything I was looking for. HOWEVER- when I went to listen to my recorded voice messages and videos the sound was so faint- it was really hard to hear. It does not connect to headphones or the speakerphone- you have to hold the phone up to your ear and even then it’s so faint. I loved the app so I invested in the 20$ yearly subscription but had I known about the sound issue beforehand, I wouldn’t have. Hopefully you can fix in an update! Otherwise it’s great.

I wish I could do videos, but the audio feature is pretty cool.

I haven’t been using the app that long. I don’t know if it gets any worse from here. It’s really not that bad. I’ve been looking for an app that lets me use videos instead of just writing things down because I’m really bad at writing. It’s nice to be able to put a video. but I will say, you have to have the premium feature in order to add more than one video. The videos go to about 10 minutes long. Sometimes when I’m reviewing a week it takes a little bit longer. Other than that it’s pretty great.

I’ve had this app for one day, it’s a good app to use for video entries however if you have the free version you can only upload one entry a day which for my case does not work because my primary use for this app is to track all of my manic and depressive episodes. I have multiple throughout the day and unfortunately in my (unique) circumstance for the usage of this app does not help me.

I like it I recommend it’s just the premium stuff that bother me because I’m dirt poor but other then that it’s okay.
