Very Simple and useful App and UI is really Impressive

Bad experience with the services this bank provides.

Worst app of pakistan

App’s working is very poor. It takes a long time to generate OTP and completion of transfer.

Everyday the app either suffers from random crashes or doesn’t even open at all.

I Dont what’s wrong with this app always says unable to process at the moment while I try to login my bank account

It’s been one month i am trying to activate e-commerce through this app but every time i enter OTP it says unknown error called helpline they say only activation is through app we cant help. Is this right way to treat ur customers shame on the app developers and bank policy makers a very bad experience with DIB not recommended at all. 👎🏻

i had been using since 3 months and got myself used to it. but certain things arent possible like how to remove a beneficiary ? app crashes all the time i try to remove a certain beneficiary

The best mobile banking app amongst all the others I have used. Works smoothly no errors no interruptions. New update is amazing. I can pay all my bills and save for regular billing. Amazing! Hats off to the developer for such a good service.
