The game was working perfect on my iphone 6plus but since the last update (downdate) it never opened and crashing as soon as the first screen opens

I like this game, but I’m upset that it has no Sounds at all. Although it might seem as a minor thing, but it’s practically an issue for me... Because Sound was a main reason for me to download it (Sound not music) Any fix ?
