Why it take so long to activate mobile banking, like bro we have a lots of work to do, we can’t wait 4-5 days, literally this prabhu bank made me cry, so disappointed, disgusted, and i am regretting why did i open my account on this bank like fr bro, what is this behavior, please i genuinely request to you guys, please make mobile banking more easier to activate, yo 4-5 din kurera lauda lasun garna nalagau, hamro ni kam rokeko hunxa yesley garda, gali khanu parxa hamley, so please🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 this my humble request🥲

Useless !! Whenever you are in need this bank and this app leaves you helpless!! Atm gayo atm banda mobile banking kholna khojyo server down!! Tait!! Kasari chai best bank of the year jityo yesle i doubt!!
Payment Issues
Can’t be able to pay by scanning Esewa QR. Else is fine but the Esewa QR payment issue….it’s says invalid id for each and every time. Fix it asap
Need to fix your server
The server is always down. Like whenever I go to shop something I can’t pay, whenever I am paying for foods it’s down. It has left me with embarrassment many times. It’s supposed to make my life easier not worse.😡
App not getting updated..so rubbish banking system
I have tried updating the app…as i cant login to my mob app…its complete rubbish that its not getting updated after trying so many time…useless,
Provided details are invalid
Reporting transaction dispute, it auto loads the details of the transaction. I just need to put my email ID. Then everytime what happens is this error. Are you kidding? What details are invalid? What is the next option? ST*U
