Paste function doesn’t work at most of the places. Ad within app shows “download the app for better result”. Otp is not generated most of the time. Login into app is a problem.

While trying to generate password app ask the date of birth and after clicking next page references automatically and mentions dob is incorrect.

I am not been able to fetch my B.Tech ECE Degree, 10th/12th & birth Certificates etc. (E.g.: B.Tech University: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU, Dwarka, New Delhi)) on Digilocker/Umang App, Kindly help me by working with MHRD (Department of Higher Education), Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi & Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Previously finding difficulties to Map/Connect/Synchronise both DigiLocker & Umang App. I am exteremly dis-satisfied with the services being provided by the govt. (non-appreciable). Kindly raise the concern with the Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi & Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Even after having every-things online try to carry original also because as the app gets logout when not in use for few days which creates a problem when required

Dear developer , I am unable to get latest updated data in issued documents . for example,even if I have renewed insurance/ PUC certificate it will not shows in documents even after 5-7 days . It shows old data and if we refresh , it gives error ?? Can you solve this problem? This is not temporary

This app from the Government of India is incredibly disappointing and poorly developed. It crashes constantly and serves no purpose other than to frustrate users. It’s disheartening to think that such a subpar app might have been approved due to corruption or negligence. Truly shameful.
