Not an effective app
My company has sold this app to customers as a cost benefit but it makes a techs job a nightmare.

Great diagnostic and QC reports
Perfect app for big and small roll outs. We have greatly benefited from the real time reporting and our customers have loved the level of detail provided with minimum added effort from our techs
Stay away
I’m not personally a user of the app however personally know people that do and how this app as affected them and their lives I can tell you it has all been negative. Apps and technology I assumed were suppose to better things not make things harder than before. 👎👎👎👎👎
