Love this app! It makes communication with my vet super easy and now I never have to remember where my dogs rabies vaccine is when he needs his nails cut because it always on my phone. How did I live without this?

My vet uses this company’s services. It allows me to create an account, but when I add my dog it requires you to enter the breed in the second step. But when you search for any breed, nothing comes up. And you cannot continue to the next step. When you tap on the link in the Apple App Store to developer support it takes you to a website and some other language to fill out a form. When you try to submit it just fails.

Great so far - easy to accept a request from a veterinarian and easy to request an appointment

i tried inputting my dog’s info. not only did it not accept neutered as an option, but there is no way to edit ANY of his information once input. I tried looking up how to edit pet info, and there’s nothing. These people don’t come across as someone you should trust your information with. Two years of being around and only one review on the app store? Hm.

I love this app - it’s great! It reminds me when my pet is due his vaccination, & I can request an appointment online with my vet. All his medical records are here in one place - much better than all the pieces of paper I used to collect! The video call feature has been amazing, especially during COVID!

Easy to do appointments and made my own schedule.

This app is trash. It says i have an account already but won’t let me sign in. Just terrible!!!!

This app worked great for one month. Now it only lists two appointment types: Nail Clippings and Anal Gland Extractions. I just need a vaccine. Sort of useless at this point.

I have to say how wonderful everyone at this office is. From the front desk staff, who go over and above to help you with your needs to the technician who provide gentle and efficient service to Dr Maggie who is so kind and patient to getting on the floor to meet Mya’s needs. Can't even get passed the initial log in stage of entering my email. So useless!
