The Fun Way To Adopt A Heart-Healthy Diet With The Mediterranean Diet! This includes mindfulness exercises to develop a health attitude and awareness of what you are eating, tips, recipes, and more!
Before beginning the content in this app, I was in a dead-end job, working 60-70 hours a week, struggling to pay my bills, my wife and I had divorced after a 30-year marriage, I was significantly overweight (considered medically obese), and had extremely high cholesterol (235 with LDL “bad” cholesterol of 156).
After implementing the content contained within this app, I am now CEO of a multi-million-dollar business, I’m engaged to the love of my life, I have lost 40lbs, I have a heart-healthy cholesterol level (145 with LDL “bad” cholesterol of ONLY 75), and I’m living a life of purpose, and having a ton of fun on this journey!
