Digital iD

A decent app but could do with some updates Doesn’t make sense to me why on the bottom row of 5 shortcuts, the middle one is labelled “Digital ID” but it doesn’t take you to your already confirmed ID, it takes you to the setup page to add more optional documents. This page doesn’t even allow you to click to see your Digital ID. Surely if I click a shortcut that says “Digital ID” it would take me directly to my ID, not a setup page.

Too easy to do

Digital-ID The Devil has arrived!! and he comes in the form of a digital-ID!! So that the empire can disrupt your freedom of Speech, Freedom of association and general Freedom & Liberty and So that the Empire can turn you Off if you disobey!!

The app gets confused, if you setup on a second device then it doesn’t port the data to the new device and holds all connections to that device. Also it doesn’t import any data into the Police Check and all ID documents need to be entered again. In the end I had more problems and re-entered data multiple times on multiple devices then re-entered it to get the police check. Waste of time. Ask for a refund from your developers.

Surely, you could change the scalling factor to match the iPhone resolution Very slow to load.

Can’t find out how to log out

Want to know how to change verified document details - expired passport. No ability to search for how to do this in Help. Had to open every FAQ and still no answer.

Took a lot of effort to get it to work
