Digital ID

This app is far from doing what it’s supposed to do. I’m totally frustrated that I’m forced to use this since my bank can’t think of anything better. As an owner of a pharmacy store, I have to pay several bills every day, and this app takes a century to react. One needs to touch one of the three numbers (the correct one) many times before it reacts. The notifications/banners for payment appear only sometimes. The app has costed me some valuable time and has continued to do so. I’ve contacted the service line but they kept giving me different insubstantial excuses every time. They even told me it’s my iPhone’s fault which made me change my phone, but to no effect. Strangely, Hypo Tirol has a similar app with virtually the same user interface, and theirs work perfectly well with all my iPhones. Please developer, could you just take a look at the reviews and sort it out?

Es wäre sehr praktisch wenn es eine Apple Watch Erweiterung geben würde. So könnte man wesentlich Schneller die angeforderten Codes eingeben

Eine Bank muß viel schneller auf Updates reagieren wenn die Kunden in Folge einer nicht kompatiblen APP zahlungsunfähig werden ...

Seit dem update kann ich nicht mehr öffnen, natürlich niemand erreichbar....

Seit dem Update unbrauchbar. Wer kommt auf die Idee vor Weihnachten eine App neu aufzusetzen, wenn alle ihre neuen Handys einrichten wollen. Glücklicherweise kann man auch die ID App der Volksbank benutzen, die funktioniert.

Diese App funktioniert im großen und ganzen (einmal gabs ein Problem!), also ok. Unverständlicherweise benötigt man für APPLEPAY eine eigene DigitalWallet von der Ärztebank, was das Ganze ad absurdum führt! Ein absolutes NoGo!!!
