Lousy product
Extremely poor user experience : - Version 1.1 displayed as 1.0 - Need to key in both user name & passwd every time open the app. - Close the app and it is fully close. It does not stay like Skype ... Overall, lousy!

This is a very important app, but Starhub has not updated it in the last 4 years..lots of error messages popping up & app crashing. Total lack of customer support for this app. Pathetic!

Downloaded this app, but There is no option/link to to sign up. How to input username n password??
App doesn't accept calls on iOS app
Using iOS version of the app. When there's incoming call, the line gets cut off when I click ANSWER. There's something wrong with the app.
Upgrades needed
Starhub : You need to make this app login permanent and not logout every once in a while. In addition, pls implement some of the suggestions such as being able to store user id and password in the app.
