Love it! But one very annoying problem

So the problem is that one time when I earned stars it didn’t give me it (About three [3] times!) So annoying right?

Buggy

Ok game. Pushes you to spend money a lot and has a lot of ads. But in the last week the app has broken and just constantly says downloading. So bye I’m afraid.

Good game but

It’s a good game, good storyline. However.. it keeps saying my internet connection is unstable and forces me to restart the game and still doesn’t work. My internet is absolutely fine so I’m not sure

don’t give ur email

fun game but the pop ups are annoying when they could’ve kept it as gems for ads ALSO giving ur email in exchange for 6 gems is a scam. they just take your email and never send the code in exchange for the gems while still sending spam mail anyway :) hate how greedy the game is!! if i wasn’t already so invested i wouldn’t have started playing at all so don’t bother!!!!

Frustrating!

I’ve always loved diner dash and used to play it on DS. I like the game here however it’s starting to become unplayable because I feel like I’m constantly on a tutorial. Let me do what I want to do when I want to do it!!!!!!!

Fun but frustrating

I’ve played the dash games for years and I really enjoy the gameplay. I like the story and it’s a nice bit of escapism. I’ve completed the main levels of the game which is disappointing. Because there are actually dozens if not hundreds more levels to play but they’re only accessible by paying with gems. Gems are hard to earn so you have to pay. I don’t mind paying for games to improve gameplay but it’s really poorly done here. Another frustrating part is the ‘skillet’ levels. These allow gameplay to continue by playing odd levels from the locked restaurants but in an extremely frustrating way. They’re often levels that pay out very little in cash earned which makes it very hard to buy the upgrades needed to progress. So you either have to buy coins and gems (which is pointless for a restaurant you might only play a few levels of) or you keep playing the level and getting nowhere. I’d love if some more proper levels could be released as I like the game a lot!

Too much going on

I loved the original diner dash 🍔🌭🥤- wish it was still available. This update is ok but there’s so much going on I can’t keep track of the actual game. Keeps forcing me to use and waste my bonuses too because they are selected by default.

Bad customer service

I paid for an item that was never sent to the game. Contacted the customer service and it’s been over a week with still no resolution. It’s a shame because the game is very good and I enjoy playing. It’s a shame that it’s been let down by poor customer service.

I got pretty far into the game just for it to stop working. When I got one star it didn’t give me it and made me restart the level, I tried and got the same score and it still made me fail.

Love this game!

I downloaded the game just over a year ago and managed to finish the final chapter, although it's been stressful this has also been my therapy game too! this game is far from boring and i'm so sad that i'm at the end of the chapter, is there any more coming out? I'm so sad and i need answers! I cant find it anywhere, i'm just getting "thank you for playing!" But then it goes onto skillets level.. so i dont know ? Can someone help!
